Orders and Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes less than 15 days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is on the way.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders this week.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If we haven’t processed your order yet, we’ll try to help. Just email us quickly at 📧 info@northlinestudio.com with your order info.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on it! Northline Studio will be expanding soon.


Returns and Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, unwashed, and still has its tags. Sale items and accessories are final sale.

2. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at 📧 info@northlinestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

3. Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping is your responsibility.

4. Can I exchange for another size?
Yes, if we have your size in stock! Just email us at 📧 info@northlinestudio.com and we’ll help set it up.


Products and Sizing

1. How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart to help. If you’re still unsure, send us an email — we’re here to help!

2. Are your products sustainable?
Yes! We care about quality and sustainability. Our pieces are made from eco-friendly materials and we’re always working to grow our green collection.

3. What if something I want is out of stock?
You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or email us and we’ll let you know if or when it’s back.


Payments and Discounts

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

2. Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
